Google Play Store not working - Login problem in Samsung Galaxy Grand GT-i9082

I purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand i9082 Smartphone, activated the internet data pack (3G) and added the Gmail account to accounts & sync section in device settings. Now, I am not able to login to Google Play store. How to solve this Google Play not working error in this android phone? Should I use a new Gmail Account to this phone or any reset to default option?

You should try these steps one by one to resolve your problem of not loging to Google Play Store in Samsung Galaxy Grand

  • First of all, connect your phone to some decent internet connection and update the Google Play store
  • Search for the Device firmware update by going to settings > about device > software update.
  • Create a fake Google ID and try login with that email ID - If it works, then your previous gmail ID is not working fine or password wrong or may be Google blocked it.
  • If fake ID is also not working, then you should reboot the device and boot into the recovery mode. (Volume UP + Home + Power button) and first try wiping only cache. If same problem persists, then reset data/factory settings.
  • Final option would be visiting to nearest Samsung Store and eating their brain for few minutes will resolve your problem!
